Free shipping in Switzerland and Liechtenstein for orders above CHF100 (excluding promotional items).

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after confirmation of payment and are shipped via Swiss Post.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and size of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

To be eligible for free shipping the total value of the order (excluding promotional items), after applying discount and vouchers, must be over CHF100 excluding shipping and handling fees.
