General Terms and Consitions
The general terms and conditions apply to all legal transactions concluded through the online shop www.zionburg.ch operated by Zionburg Limited, Walchwil Branch.
The product range of Zionburg includes medical, health and hygiende products.
Illustrations of products are used for illustration, the delivered/sold products may differ (e.g. if the appearance or design of packaging and products are changed by the manufacturer).
The information about products is compiled in the online shop as customer-friendly as possible and with great care. If information for an ordered product differs significantly from the product received, a return is possible (see the Return section).
The prices are net, in Swiss francs, incl. VAT (VAT) and, if applicable, including early recycling fee ("vRG").
The prices in the shop are considered as an offer and can change at any time. The price in the online shop at the time of ordering is decisive.
Perfectly stored, original-packed and non-forfeited products are delivered. Any further warranty is excluded, in particular for the properties and effects of the products, insofar as the statutory provisions allow.
Claims for damages due to possible errors in the illustrations or in the prices and texts cannot be asserted.
An order is placed as soon as the customer completes an order in the online shop.
Orders are only possible with an address that is valid in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
For each order, the customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail, which again contains all the information and a provisional delivery period.
The receipt of the automatically generated order confirmation does not contain any commitment that the ordered products can actually be delivered. It merely indicates that the order placed has arrived at us and that the contract has thus been concluded on condition of delivery and the correct price.
In the event of a significant price error of the ordered products, the order can be (partially) cancelled by Zionburg.
Subsequent changes or cancellations of orders from customers are not always possible and can be rejected. In this case, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded.
Payment must be made in Swiss Francs.
Payment methods available to customers for the online shop are listed under “Payment methods”.
Not all payment methods are available for all orders and purchasers. We reserve the right to limit the requirements without giving reasons, e.g. due to the products ordered, on the basis of the creditworthiness or experience with the customer, depending on the total value of the order or according to the technical availability of a means of payment.
When paying by credit card or other instant payment methods, the amount is debited at the time of order.
In case of pre-payment, delivery is made only after receipt of the payment.
A credit report can be obtained with the specified address information. This information is transmitted to a credit service provider. No information is provided to the service provider other than the address details.
The retention of title applies: The goods remain the property of Zionburg until full payment has been made by the customer.
The customer's delivery address must be in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.
When an order is shipped, a confirmation will be sent by email to the email address provided at the time of ordering.
All deliveries are made by Swiss post.
The delivery costs are based on the weight of the order and will be shown during checkout.
We grant a right of return within seven days of receipt of the goods.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories. Sealed and plastic-welded products can only be returned in unopened condition. Any seal must not be broken.
